• The Proposer(s), their family or anyone living at the premises have never been cautioned/convicted/charged with but not yet tried for any criminal convictions other than spent convictions/motoring offences
• The Proposer(s), their family or anyone living at the premises have never been declared bankrupt, subject to bankruptcy proceedings or had arrangements with creditors
• The Property to be insured is in an area which is free from Storm/Flooding and has no history of damage by flood
• The Property and neighbouring properties are free from signs of damage and have no history of subsidence, landslip or ground heave and is not underpinned
• The Property is not an unoccupied building
